Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Jeff Levin Coaching(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a coaching practice run by Jeff Levin, based in New Hampshire and Boston, Massachusetts. This policy explains what information we collect through Jeff Levin Coachingand how we use it. We keep things simple and we don’t run ads.

The short version

  • We only collect what we need to reply to you, schedule a consultation, and send you what you asked for.
  • We use privacy-first analytics to understand what’s working on the site.
  • We don’t show ads on this site and we never sell your personal information.
  • You can turn off analytics on your device at any time, right on this page.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a free consultation, request our guide, or join our newsletter, you may give us:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number (for booking a consultation, since consults are phone calls)
  • How you found us, and any note you choose to add about your young adult

You don’t have to give us anything to browse the site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device, approximate location (country/region), and how you move through the site. We use this only to understand and improve the site.

Cookies & similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and tracking technologies:

  • Google Analytics 4— measures site traffic and which pages help visitors. It runs under Google’s Consent Mode. For visitors in the EEA and the UK, analytics stays off by default.
  • Meta Pixel & Conversions API— measures whether our own outreach is working (for example, whether a visit led to a booking). This sends limited event data to Meta Platforms, Inc. Contact details shared for this purpose (like an email or phone number) are hashed before they’re sent. Meta may use this data for its own purposes as described in Meta’s privacy policy. This is turned off by default for visitors in the EEA and the UK.
  • A region cookie (ad_region) — records whether your region should have advertising-related measurement enabled, so we can honor the rule above.
  • A local preference— when you dismiss our analytics notice, or opt out of analytics, we store that choice in your browser so we don’t ask again.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your questions and schedule consultations
  • To send you the guide or newsletter you requested (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To measure whether our outreach reaches the families we’re trying to help

How we share your information

We do notsell your personal information, and we don’t use it to show you ads on this site. We share information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only for that purpose:

  • Google (Google Analytics) — site analytics
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) — outreach measurement
  • MailerLite — sending the guide and newsletter emails you request
  • Cal.com — scheduling your consultation

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your choices

Turn analytics off on this device. This immediately stops Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel from measuring your visits in this browser, and remembers your choice for next time.

  • Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can email us to be removed.
  • Access or deletion: you can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — see Contact below.
  • Browser controls: you can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information (for example, under California or other state privacy laws), such as the right to access or delete it. We honor these requests — just contact us.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for parents and other adults, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
